Queens County marriage licenses are issued through the same citywide NYC Marriage Bureau system as all five boroughs, via the Project Cupid online portal.

License fee $35, typically paid by credit or debit card.
Waiting period 24 hours after issuance (New York statewide rule), waivable only with a judicial waiver.
Documents / ID required Valid government-issued photo ID for both applicants.
License validity 60 days, beginning the day after issuance (New York statewide rule).
Where & how to apply Book an in-person or virtual appointment through Project Cupid (nyc.gov). New slots release every Monday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, three weeks ahead.
Office hours By appointment only, at any of the five borough City Clerk offices, including the Queens office in Jamaica.
