New York County (Manhattan) is home to the NYC City Clerk’s main Marriage Bureau office and, like the other four boroughs, is served by the same citywide Project Cupid appointment system.

License fee $35, typically paid by credit or debit card.
Waiting period 24 hours after issuance (New York statewide rule), waivable only with a judicial waiver.
Documents / ID required Valid government-issued photo ID for both applicants.
License validity 60 days, beginning the day after issuance (New York statewide rule).
